Job Description

    • These positions are 2nd shift.  Hours are 3:30 PM to 12 AM (Monday thru Friday)
    • Receive products using frequency scanners and unload shipments from trucks.

    • Packaging

    • Palletizing

    • You’ll stand in one place for extended periods of time, and be walking a good distance around the facility – good shoes are a must!

    • Some of our clients require steel toed boots/shoes, so you must either have them or be willing to purchase them if needed.

    • Hands-on experience. You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 50 pounds.

    • You must be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise.

    • Potential opportunity to operate PIT equipment; special training is offered to associates based on interest and availability.

    • Locate products in the warehouse by using a handheld RF scanner.

    • When work has been caught up or completed, you must be willing to do other odd jobs including but not limited to, clean-up, sweeping, organizing etc.

    • This position is located in Greenfield, Indiana

Job Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old.

    • Some clients will require proof of education, and some clients do not require it.

    • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.

    • Some of our clients will work weekends, so please be sure to remain flexible.

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

    • You must be able to read and take direction in English (most locations, not all).

    • Must be willing to learn how to operate an RF scanner.

    • Must be able to submit to and pass both a drug screen and criminal background check.

    • Must be able to work in a noisy environment with changes in sounds.

    • Must be able to work in 60-90 degree temperatures.  Sometimes temperatures in the warehouse can exceed 90 degrees.

    • Must be able to adhere to a strict attendance policy during your 90 day probationary period.

  • Must be able to obtain steel toed shoes/boots.
