Job Description

  • Process full cycle recruiting on potential candidates (from interviewing and placing advertisements, to conducting orientations, submitting background checks, and processing drug screens).
  • Ability to fill large volume orders, clients may requests 10-100 people at a time.

  • Processing inbound and outbound calls
  • Data Entry
  • Filing paperwork
  • Identify resolution to issues and take action to resolve them
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Analyze reports on weekly basis to identify recruitment needs
  • Meets with the Branch Manager and with the client to understand and analyze the recruitment forecast
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Assist Branch Manager in areas of worker's compensation, unemployment, payrolling, and other areas that arise
  • Able to work independently and with others as a team

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
  • Eager, self-motivated and able to learn in what can be a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to work the hours of 8AM to 5PM (Monday thru Friday), as well as having the flexibility to work overtime/weekends when needed, to meet the needs of our clients.
