Job Description

•         Understand and assist in managing company’s customer ordering functions

•         Learn and manage shipment back-end processes for customer tracking updates

•         Assist in reviewing production numbers from team’s data and provide support in formatting the information into   templates for review by Warehouse Manager

•         Assisting in day to day document creation and filing protocols within network & physical systems (server & filing based)

•         Identifying and report any and all compliance issues as they relate to fulfillment tracking updates

•         Process reports for warehouse errors, pick errors and damages to supervisors weekly

•         Perform minor repairs for workstation hardware and equipment

•         Assist end-users on hardware/software usage and standard operating procedures

•         Maintain solid communication between different business locations on daily issues, new and changing business     processes

•         Download files and follow steps to process orders into Sage MAS system. Process back orders.

•         Act as a liaison with California warehouse and assist with orders processing, fulfilling orders (BO) as needed

•         Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•         Strong understanding of basic Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel)

•         Strong general computer skills (typing & navigating the web)

•         Attention to detail, great personal organization, and willingness to learn

•         Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure

•         Prior experience in a similar role strongly preferred
